Improving existing recipes, improving overall quality

This is a major piece of work, but the aim should be to provide quality recipes that users can trust.
The like button is a good start, but people who cook knows that most of the recipes are not accurate nor have been tested (and even if they have, nobody has told them).

This could lead to a couple of features:
- "tested" button: gather user experience with the recipe: presenting the user a simple form with: "how good was it" "what was wrong" "precautions"... you name them, it should be simple and immediate.
- corrections to the recipe: this is a tricky one, but could be a massive thing that could avoid duplication and actually improve the single recipe: provide "patches" to the recipe that the author or users themselves could experiment and verify. This is different from forking, but it might require additional thinking on how to merge the changes to the original recipe
